Shipper In-Depth Interviews

Actuate is recruiting leaders in shipping and logistics for a series of interviews about their perceptions of not only the trucking industry, but a few specific trucking companies in particular.

We’ll also investigate how logistics professionals (like you) choose which motor carriers to partner with.

Research study vision

Our client wants to tap into shipping and logistics professionals in order to get fresh perspectives on the industry (and to identify opportunities to change). Here are a few of the topics our study will cover:

  • “Impressions of the Current State of Trucking” – what works and what’s broken.

  • How do you choose a specific carrier (or build a list of carriers) to partner with?

  • Which trucking companies are best positioned to spark change in the industry?

the purpose of this study

One of our clients has asked us to talk to shipping and logistics leaders in pursuit of a peer perspective. Why? In order to understand today’s perceptions of trucking.

To do so, we’re conducting a series of 45-minute in-depth interviews to discuss not only perceptions of trucking companies and the industry at large, but how logistics professionals go about choosing who hauls their freight, as well.
