Actuate was created for one simple reason: to help businesses grow by putting their culture, and their people, into action.

Charles unlocks deep insights into organizational culture and how it impacts operations, customer experience, information systems design, innovation activities, marketing strategy and employee retention. For almost a decade, his work has inspired new ways of thinking about service delivery model design, innovation, and customer experience.

Charles also has a deep understanding of innovation frameworks and futures research methodologies. He has led innovation projects for clients ranging from Toyota’s Strategy and Innovation Group to Georgia’s $14 billion flooring industry.

A third-generation Georgia alum, Charles holds an MBA with Presidential Honors from the University of Georgia and was selected as a 2011-2012 Leadership Fellow by the UGA Institute for Leadership Advancement. While in college at Emory University, Charles was an all-conference member of the varsity track and cross-country teams.

In addition to being an avid runner and fly fisherman, in his spare time, Charles also leads several young adult mentorship groups. He is currently serving a two-year term on the Dean’s MBA Advisory Board for the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
